SCOTLAND’S SPECIALITY FOOD & DRINK SHOW

Scotland’s Speciality Food & Drink Show is a professional sourcing event for retailers, independent shops, delicatessens, farm shops, hospitality buyers and food-service operators.

Exhibitors present gourmet food, preserves, sauces, confectionery, bakery products, beverages, delicatessen items, artisan products, regional specialities and gift food.

The event runs alongside Scotland’s Trade Fair Spring and provides access to Scottish, British and international brands looking for retail and distribution opportunities.

ROYAL HIGHLAND SHOW

Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston, Edinburgh, Scotland

June 17–20, 2027

The Royal Highland Show is Scotland’s principal annual showcase for farming, food, rural production and agricultural innovation.

Although it is broader than a conventional food trade fair, its Scotland’s Larder area presents a wide selection of Scottish food and drink producers.

Relevant products include preserves, sauces, bakery items, dairy products, meat specialities, beverages, seafood, confectionery and regional speciality foods.

The event is especially useful for discovering small and medium-sized Scottish producers and artisan brands, although it also attracts a substantial consumer audience.
