JAPAN FOOD EXHIBITIONS

FOODEX Japan is one of Asia’s largest international food and beverage trade exhibitions. It attracts manufacturers, exporters, importers, distributors, retailers, food-service operators and professional buyers from Japan and overseas.

The exhibition covers a broad range of food and beverage categories, including processed foods, canned products, ingredients, frozen foods, beverages and international specialities.

The 2027 edition will take place over four days at Tokyo Big Sight. Opening hours vary according to the exhibition halls, and the event closes earlier on the final day.

The Supermarket Trade Show provides the latest information, products and services for Japan’s food distribution industry, with a particular focus on supermarkets.

It brings together retailers, wholesalers, ready-meal operators, food-service companies, manufacturers and suppliers looking for new products, commercial partnerships and market trends.

The 2027 event will be held at Makuhari Messe from 10:00 to 17:00, closing at 16:00 on the final day. Visitor pre-registration is required.
